Job Description
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Local Hire)
Work Schedule: Rotational Shift 24/7 (5 days on, 2 days off)
Salary: Up to 4.5K Gross (Including Language Allowance)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Mandarin & English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for users, managing inquiries, assisting with online requests, and delivering top‑tier reservation and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests and reservations professional and efficiently via inbound calls and digital channels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Process information precisely while safeguarding customer data.
