Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Dimsum Staff/Dimsum Chef/Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and steaming various dimsum dishes according to standardized recipes and hygiene protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble dimsum items such as siomai, hakaw, siopao, and other traditional offerings.
- Steam or cook dimsum products according to standard procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper food safety practices in the preparation area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report needed supplies.
- Assist in receiving and properly storing deliveries.
- Follow kitchen protocols and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain proper portion control and food presentation.
- Support the kitchen team with other tasks as needed.
