Chiller Operator

Full-time Management & Operations

• Responsible for operations and maintenance of chillers.
• Responsible for proper start up and shut down of chillers as per the maintenance protocols and requirement.
• Responsible to evaluating problems with chillers, planning repairs, locating and acquiring all tools and parts necessary for routine and emergency situations, under supervisor.
• Responsible for operations of centrifugal pumps and cooling towers. Responsible for cleaning and management of AC plant rooms.
• Responsible for co-ordination with power house during electricity shutdown.
• Responsible for maintenance all electric control panels related to AC plant room equipment.
• Responsible for attending complaints related to cooling or heating via telephone and maintain log sheets.
