Minnetonka Community Education is hiring Program Assistants for the Explorers before and after-school childcare program for the 2026-2027 school year.
In this role, you will supervise and support children in grades K–5, implement engaging activities, and help create a safe and fun environment every day.
This is a flexible, part-time, year-round position with morning and afternoon shifts available.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supervise and provide guidance for children in grades K–5 at an elementary school site or MCEC.
- Implement activities, manage program spaces, and ensure student safety — including during field trips.
- Assist with preparing project supplies and activity materials.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and fun environment using the site tracking system.
