Job Description
Were building the AI workforce for Spanish trades — climatización, fontanería, electricidad, solar. We answer calls, handle WhatsApp, and book jobs directly into the operators CRM. One HVAC operator deployed in Catalonia, ten more by year‑end.
The role
- Telephony + WhatsApp infrastructure. Telnyx/Twilio integration, SIP trunking, number porting from Movistar/Vodafone/MasOrange without service interruption. WhatsApp Business API onboarding via 360dialog. Multi‑channel orchestration so calls, WhatsApp, and Google Business share one conversation context. Production voice via ElevenLabs/Deepgram/OpenAI Realtime — sub‑second latency, regional accents.
- Spanish CRM integrations. Native Holded, STEL Order, Praktiko. Not Zapier glue. The endgame is being the official AI receptionist inside their marketplaces.
