Job Description
Technical Strategy & Vision
Define and execute the long-term technology strategy. Align technical investments with business growth, ensuring all products (Recruitment, FinTech, and HCM) are scalable and market-competitive.
Product Innovation & R&D
Drive the research and development of emerging technologies, such as AI/Machine Learning for talent matching and Blockchain for secure payroll and Earned Wage Access (EWA) systems.
Architecture & Scalability
Oversee the high-level architecture of all platforms to ensure they are modular, secure, and capable of supporting a multi-country user base (Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.).
Cybersecurity & Data Governance
Establish enterprise-grade security standards. Ensure the Group’s infrastructure meets international data privacy laws (PDPA, GDPR) and financial compliance requirements.
