Overview

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading construction company based in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Chief Technology Officer who will be responsible for leading the company’s technology and digital transformation. The goal is to use technology to improve construction project delivery efficiency, safety and compliance with UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a technology roadmap for construction projects, leading digital transformation using AI automation, cloud and IoT while integrating systems like BIM, ERP and project controls.
• Deploy digital tools for project planning, scheduling and coordination using IoT sensors, drones and digital QA/QC for site monitoring, integrating data across structural, MEP and finishing works to reduce delays and rework.
