Chief System Architect

Full-time Software Architecture & Engineering

We are looking for a Chief System Architect

to define and lead our overall architecture vision. In this role, you ensure our systems are scalable, secure and reliable, and that our technology choices support long‑term business goals. You’ll work closely with engineering, product management, security and leadership teams to guide architectural decisions across the organization. You will be based at our Tampere office and work in a hybrid model.

What you’ll do

• Design scalable, secure and resilient architectures for products and internal platforms.
• Define and maintain the target architecture and roadmap.
• Set technical standards, principles and best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure architectural alignment across teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers.
