The Role
The Chief Strategy Officer will lead corporate strategy, long-range planning, and growth initiatives across the group. A key responsibility will be translating strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes. The CSO will oversee market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance tracking. The role will also support M&A, partnerships, and portfolio reshaping initiatives. This position carries high visibility and influence at board level.
