Key Roles & Responsibilities Security Operations Lead overall plant security operations. Ensure protection of company assets, materials, equipment, and employees. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Manage access control systems, visitor management, and perimeter security. Safety & Risk Management Oversee security and safety measures related to personnel and material movement. Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis. Handle emergency response planning and crisis management. Team Leadership Manage security officers, guards, and contract security agencies. Monitor security performance and ensure compliance with company standards. Train and mentor security personnel. Strategic Decision-Making Make decisions at Cross-Functional Team (CFT) level involving Operations, HR, EHS, Administration, and Legal teams.
