Chief Resident Engineer / Project Director

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Resident Engineer / Project Director to lead the construction supervision and delivery of major projects for a Tier 1 Engineering firm in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with design intent, contract requirements, quality standards, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all site supervision activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Administer and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, cost control, and project timelines.
• Chair progress meetings and coordinate with clients, project management teams, design managers, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
