Chief Operating Officer
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day execution across the dry port, hotel, and railway platforms simultaneously.
• Chair weekly cross-platform progress reviews with the Project Director, PDM, and Rail Concession Lead.
• Escalate to the MD on strategic decisions, material risks, and government relations only — manage everything below that threshold independently.
• Ensure all platforms are tracking to milestone, budget, and lender covenant requirements.
• Interface with development finance institutions on project financing workstreams across all platforms.
• Oversee SPV financial controllers across all platforms.
• Manage relationships with relevant regulatory authorities .
• Represent the platform in negotiations with EPC contractors, operators, and institutional co-investors.
