The Chief Operating Officer (Business Development) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, commercial expansion, strategic partnerships, leasing, branding, business alliances, and overall profitability of the Company. The COO will lead all business development initiatives, identify new revenue opportunities, strengthen relationships with government authorities, fuel companies, hospitality brands, logistics operators, vendors, and commercial partners, and ensure maximum monetization of all project assets.
