- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead deck operations and ensure vessel safety.
- Assist the Master in navigation and vessel management.
- Manage cargo operations efficiently with a focus on LPG/Ethylene.
- Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
- **Requirements**:
- Minimum STCW Chief Mate License.
- Previous experience on LPG/Ethylene tankers.
- Proficient in safety management systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
