• The Chief of Staff is a senior, trusted extension of the CCMO with delegated authority to turn intent into coordinated action across Brand, Communications, Marketing and Operations.
• The role owns the function’s delivery rhythm, designs and runs leadership cadences, drives decision-making and execution of high-priority cross-organisational and confidential projects.
• The Chief of Staff acts as the CCMO’s proxy in forums, prepares executive briefings and liaises with the CEO office and other senior leaders to align the organisation.
• The role requires C-level chief-of-staff experience, proven delivery at scale, exceptional judgement, strong communication and discretion, and the pace and resilience to lead change.
