Chief Mate (Crewboat) is the second-in-command responsible for deck operations, cargo handling, navigation watch duties, safety management, and supervising deck crew. Assists the Master in ensuring safe vessel operations, compliance with maritime regulations, and proper maintenance of deck equipment.
