Job Purpose

The Road Fund Secretariat requires the services of a suitably qualified Lesotho National to fill the position of Chief Internal Audit. The Chief Internal Audit provides an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Road Fund’s operations by helping the organisation accomplish its objectives through a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

Qualifications, Working Experience and Knowledge

Applicants must possess either:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or a Master’s Degree in Internal Auditing or Accounting, with at least eight (8) years of working experience, including a minimum of four (4) years at a senior level (at least Internal Audit Manager) within an Internal Audit function.
