Responsibilities

Reporting to the Country controller, the jobholder will join a team composed of the Controller and 3 Financial Analysts, and works with different Keysight entities across countries (mainly Spain and Italy).

• Preparation of the Keysight statutory financials, tax returns and other local deliverables (mandatory surveys), including year-end activities.
• Continued partnership with the Statutory auditors and external consultants.
• Contribution to the analysis of the Keysight financials, with a specific focus on results.
• Support to other finance functions (Tax, Treasury) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Participation in the monitoring of the Transfer Pricing process.
• M&A tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration / Finance with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in external audit / general accounting.
