Summary You will serve as a MANAGER (CHIEF CONTRACTING OFFICER/DEPARTMENT HEAD) in the CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will oversee acquisition functions for Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport by managing, performing, and developing policies and procedures for the procurement of supplies and services to meet Division requirements. You will plan, evaluate offers, select offers, negotiate, award contracts and administer and terminate contracts. You will exercise contractual responsibilities via a warrant, holding unlimited contract warrant authority. You will serve as the primary contractual advisor for NUWC Division Keyport, oversee all acquisition and procurement functions, oversee the administration of orders and contracts, and interpret and implement all federal regulations and policies.
