Job Description

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
• Co‑operation with hotel’s departments for any internal requests.
• Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
• Be aware of the daily activities and have product knowledge of all hotel facilities.
• Create and coordinate work schedules and assign posting positions, maximizing coverage and optimizing efficiency at all times.
• Record guest requests for luggage and valet service and train employees on venue features and services.
• Ensure the driveway, lobby, entrance, and baggage storage areas are clean and presentable.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure all equipment and supplies are working properly.
