Chief Compliance Officer

The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for maintaining an effective and responsive compliance management system that identifies and manages compliance risks, promotes a strong compliance culture, and supports adherence to applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies.

As required by regulation, this role reports directly to the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and management team in carrying out its responsibilities.
