Manpower Professional Recruitment has partnered with a well known multinational specialized in logistics with multi-country operations that is looking for a Head of Compliance to join its team in Barcelona or Madrid.

What you’ll do

• Lead group-wide compliance risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
• Design, implement and continuously improve the integral compliance framework.
• Develop and roll out policies, internal standards and procedures.
• Embed compliance requirements into business operations, investments and decision-making processes.
• Establish and monitor internal control systems to prevent and detect non‑compliance.
• Review processes, reports and workflows to identify systemic risks and recurring issues.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure consistent application of compliance policies.
