- Manage, operate, and supervise all activities of the Accounting Department.
- Manage a team of around 03 personnel, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Take responsibility for the company's accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and control financial statements in accordance with regulations.
- Analyze financial status, make plans, and forecast financial resources.
- Liaise with Tax authorities, Auditors, Banks, and other related functional agencies.
- Control the accounting book system, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
- Manage and effectively operate the ERP system for accounting tasks.
- Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategies, cost control, and optimization of operational efficiency.
- Report directly to the Finance Director (Chinese expat).
