Job Description
**Aerotek is hiring Chemical Operators for a company located in West Memphis, AR.**
**These positions are direct hire opportunities paying $22-$28/hr depending on experience (with room to grow). Must be available to work a rotating shift Monday-Friday - 7AM-7PM then the next week 7PM-7AM Monday-Thursday.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor tank levels using indicators, gauge glasses, measuring tapes, and related equipment to ensure accurate and safe operation.
+ Load and unload trucks, including making proper tank connections and verifying accurate vehicle weights.
+ Load and unload rail cars in accordance with established operating procedures and safety guidelines.
+ Perform basic testing such as pH, density, and alkalinity measurements to verify product quality and process conditions.
+ Adjust gas flow to maintain proper evaporator temperatures and collect evaporator samples as required.
