Job Description
Seaside Shahi, an Indian restaurant in Wollongong and Shellharbour and Engadine where the allure of the ocean meets the richness of Indian cuisine. A culinary haven nestled by the seaside, we specialise in the artistry of Indian cuisine, focusing on the tantalising flavours of traditional curries, succulent chicken, and lamb dishes.
Currently, there is a requirement for a new chef on full-time basis, who is able to work independently or help other chef and Head chef in the kitchen.
Eligibility Criteria:
β’ AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
β’ OR
β’ At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications of Diploma
β’ At least two years of experience as Chef.
Main Responsibilities:
