Job Summary: - Looking for a highly experienced Halwai with strong expertise in traditional Indian sweets - Must have hands-on experience in both North Indian and South Indian sweets - Candidate should have worked in a reputed/famous sweet shop ⸻Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of North Indian sweets (laddu, barfi, peda, jalebi, etc.)- Prepare South Indian sweets (Mysore Pak, Adhirasam, Kesari, etc.)- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation - Handle bulk production during festivals and high-demand periods - Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards - Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff - Manage proper storage and usage of raw materials ⸻Required Skills & Qualifications: - 20–25 years of experience as a Halwai - Expertise in both North & South Indian sweet preparation - Mandatory experience in a well-known sweet shop - Strong knowledge of traditional recipes and techniques - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Team handling and leader...
