Full time Supervisors of Food Preparation and Serving Workers

Chef required for a well-established Australian café business “FINKS BAR VENTURES PTY LTD T/A SAINT LLOYD” located at 5A LLOYD STREET, STRATHMORE VIC 3041. Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a chef. Duties include.

1. Monitor the kitchen staff during pre-cooking preparations.
2. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of food preparation, food presentation.
3. Prepare specialized food items from the café menu
4. Preparing food items keeping in mind the nutrition value of the items included.
5. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per café’s food recipes or personal judgment.
6. Planning menus & recipes.
7. Estimating food and Labor costs and ordering food supplies.
