Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team and support daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

Job Description:

• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to the company’s menu and quality standards.
• Handle daily food preparation, including cutting, marinating, cooking and plating.
• Ensure food is prepared in a clean, safe and hygienic manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, workstation, equipment and storage areas.
• Check food ingredients and assist with stock control when required.
• Monitor food quality, portioning and presentation before serving.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in menu preparation or improvement when required by management.
