Job Summary: β€’ Looking for a highly experienced Halwai with strong expertise in traditional Indian sweets
β€’ Must have hands-on experience in both North Indian and South Indian sweets
β€’ Candidate should have worked in a reputed/famous sweet shop

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Prepare a variety of North Indian sweets (laddu, barfi, peda, jalebi, etc.)
β€’ Prepare South Indian sweets (Mysore Pak, Adhirasam, Kesari, etc.)
β€’ Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
β€’ Handle bulk production during festivals and high-demand periods
β€’ Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
β€’ Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
β€’ Manage proper storage and usage of raw materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:
β€’ 20–25 years of experience as a Halwai
β€’ Expertise in both North & South Indian sweet preparation
β€’ Mandatory experience in a well-known sweet shop
