Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Plan and organize daily food preparation.
- Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage.
- Order and receive food supplies when required.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Comply with all food safety and workplace safety regulations.
- Work closely with the management team to develop new menu items.
