About the position
In terms of food, Wests Nelson Bay offer outstanding quality of food that has become a favourite for local members and seasonal guests. Traditional Club food offerings and modern options including local seafood options gives variety to this opportunity for a Fulltime Chef to join the team. Responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food items across the catering operations.

What you will be doing:

Ensure prep sheets are completed

Preparation of high-quality food during service

Assist other sections when required

Cleaning of work areas

Assist with the set-up and close down of service

Ensure food is stored to hygiene standards

Ensure appropriate disposal of waste

This position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must. Our season...
