**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a passionate **Chef Manager** to lead culinary operations at Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre, a 130+ bed long-term care community in beautiful Kaneohe, Hawaii. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a modern dining program from the ground up, creating exceptional experiences for residents, employees, visitors, and guests while leading a dedicated team in a rewarding healthcare environment.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead daily culinary and dining operations, ensuring high-quality food, service, and presentation standards.
+ Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 frontline employees.
+ Manage scheduling, labor planning, inventory, purchasing, and food cost controls.
