The Role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint a Chef Manager at one of our key sites in Red Hill, ACT, weekdays only, Monday To Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our customers in aged care and values a well-run kitchen.
What This Role Involves:
- Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
- Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
- Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
- Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
- Assisting the broader team as required
- Regular client meetings and dietary updates
