We are looking for energetic Chef to be part of our team in Bombay Vintage at Unley Rd, Malvern, South Australia. We offer authentic Indian cuisine in a fun & stylish atmosphere. Chef Position Description:

1. Follow quality standard and prepare various food items, including vegetables, poultry, meats, and seafood for cooking using different methods and kitchen equipment, such as Tandoor, oven, boilers, fryers and grills;
2. Maintain a high standard of quality control of all goods and cost control;
3. Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, work with minimal supervision;
