We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza and Pasta Chef to join our kitchen staff. You will prepare high-quality, delicious pizzas and handmade pasta based on both traditional and modern recipes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in culinary excellence, food presentation, and maintaining strict kitchen hygiene standards.
Responsibilities- Hand-stretch dough and cook fresh pasta to prepare authentic Italian dishes.
- Heat sauces and assemble toppings accurately to ensure consistent flavor and presentation.
- Operate and monitor pizza ovens and cook pasta, executing all dishes to standard including special requests and dietary modifications such as lactose intolerance.
- Prepare and organize ingredients by washing, chopping, and prepping ahead of peak service hours to maintain an efficient and clean workstation.
