As a Head Chef in our restaurant located in Khanpur you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences for our guests You will also be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff creating menus and maintaining inventory and food costs

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
• Manage kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations
• Create new menus featuring seasonal ingredients and incorporating guest feedback
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
• Control food costs by minimizing waste and ensuring accurate portioning
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
