Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as culinary creator, people developer, and steward of Fresh‑Scratch‑Local pillars.
- Lead one of four dining halls: develop concepts, recipes, programs, people, and standards.
- Implement and train food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.
- Act as reference on dietary preferences and restrictions and coach guests who need assistance.
- Supervise and develop a dedicated unionised team, ensuring continuous skills growth.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain high performance.
- Assist management in establishing budgets, targets, cost & operational controls, quality, guest satisfaction, and participation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Red Seal Chef status.
- Minimum five years of recent related experience in high‑volume food service, leading culinary teams.
