We are seeking aĀ skilled candidate, that will excel inĀ high-pressureĀ environment, capable ofĀ handling large numbers of guests.

The Senior CDP provides aĀ service to the kitchen departmentĀ and is fullyĀ responsibleĀ for the preparation ofĀ assigned menuĀ items toĀ set standardsĀ and carrying outĀ assigned kitchen dutiesĀ and is accountable to the Head Chef.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure thatĀ quality foodĀ is produced in aĀ hygienic environment.Ā Ā Portion controlĀ must be exercised according to theĀ number of guests diningĀ andĀ
