At Sweetgrass, you build the meals our guests remember. You can help create lasting memories by preparing and presenting high quality dishes that are paired with their favourite bottles of Nk’Mip Cellars wine for an exceptional guest experience.
DAILY LIFE
- Assisting the Winery Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Preparation of menu items for service
