The Palawan @ Sentosa is Shangri-La Group’s first lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island in Singapore. We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our pre-opening team and help supervise kitchen staff, oversee daily operations and maintain food quality.
