Key Responsibilities:

  Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Las Iguanas' recipes and quality standards.

  Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

  Ensure all food is prepared efficiently during busy service periods.

  Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  


• 
  Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and inventory management.

  Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide an excellent guest experience.
