Job Description
Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a flagship luxury property, invites applications for a Chef de Partie in Kitchen Connection, starting September 2026. You will lead a kitchen section, support the Sous Chef, and ensure consistent high‑quality dishes with strict HACCP compliance.
Ideal candidates will have prior Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience in luxury hotels or fine dining, culinary qualification preferred, plus strong teamwork and a passion for exceptional culinary experiences.
