Chef de Partie

With an outdoor terrace overlooking Camden’s eclectic food market and canal, Lockside Camden combines a bar atmosphere with a dance floor focus. 

As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and
thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner. 

Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily
limited to):

• Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
• Supporting the head chef
  and sous chef in their daily tasks
• Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen
  skill level permitting.
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and
  organizing deliveries. 
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention to
  allergens.
