Job Description
Main Work: Prepare Indian dishes like curry, biryani, kebab, naan, roti, and tandoori items Use tandoor oven safely for cooking naan, chicken, fish, and kebabs Basic English Good knowledge of food cost Keep kitchen clean and follow hygiene rules Check food quality and taste before serving Team Handling Maintain stock of food items and report shortages Skills Needed: Basic knowledge of working on the system Experience in tandoor/Indian cooking is preferred Hardworking and able to work long hours Teamwork and discipline Ability to work fast during busy time Location : Hubali/Bangalore
