Role Overview

As a Chef de Partie at Banyan Tree Dubai you are responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect the luxury and precision of the Banyan Tree brand. You will supervise junior kitchen staff within your section and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations during service.

Key Responsibilities Section Management

• Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section (e.g. hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, grill, etc.)
• Ensure mise‑en‑place is completed efficiently and to required standards
• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to menu specifications and recipes
• Maintain consistency in quality, taste and presentation across all dishes
