A Chef de Partie serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
- Strong coaching and training skills with the ability to prepare training plans for your section
- Ability and desire to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Must have full knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene practices
- Must be able to follow and set standards in the kitchen department at all times
- Good knowledge of classical cooking techniques and modern culinary trends
