**CHEF DE PARTIE**

**Ready to take your next step in the kitchen? Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Chef de Partie!**

As a **Chef de Partie** , you play a key role in preparing dishes and supporting the kitchen team.

**Responsibilities:**

· You are responsible for preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner (depending on the shift) together with the Kitchen Team;

· You are responsible for creating remarkable culinary experiences in the Food & Beverage outlets; restaurant and meeting areas;

· You make sure that the HACCP rules and regulations are followed;

· You support the Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chef de Partie;

· You assist the Chef de Cuisine with creating the menus;

· You take ownership of the efficient running of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine
