Job Description
Chef De Partie - 4 days a week - 48 hours.
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join us 4 days a week at the Westgate in Winchester. You'll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients on a menu that changes throughout the year, giving you plenty of opportunity to work with fantastic produce. Our current focus is on light lunches, seafood and courtyard dining. We will give you access to plenty of opportunities to develop - from CDP-Sous Chef programmes, apprenticeships and culinary masterclasses, and will be happy to support you if your aim is to grow towards Head Chef.
