Job Summary:
β’ Looking for a highly experienced Halwai with strong expertise in traditional Indian sweets
β’ Must have hands-on experience in both North Indian and South Indian sweets
β’ Candidate should have worked in a reputed/famous sweet shop

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare a variety of North Indian sweets (laddu, barfi, peda, jalebi, etc.)
β’ Prepare South Indian sweets (Mysore Pak, Adhirasam, Kesari, etc.)
β’ Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
β’ Handle bulk production during festivals and high-demand periods
β’ Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
β’ Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
β’ Manage proper storage and usage of raw materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ 20β25 years of experience as a Halwai
