Chef – Cape Town We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef to support the culinary operations of an in-house coffee shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, snacks and baked goods while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare food items and meal components before service, including chopping fruit and vegetables, cutting meat and cleaning seafood. Produce baked goods daily. Prepare breakfast and lunch orders, as well as food for client events, in a timely manner. Ensure food preparation, baking, cooking techniques and presentation are in line with current culinary standards. Maintain consistent quality and high food standards. Assist with stock control, including raising requisitions and ensuring stations are fully stocked. Minimise food and supply waste through proper controls and portion management.
